The journey to Kyiv International Airport and the train station takes 15 minutes. Gelios has all the attributes of living in comfort - a shady courtyard, bright and spacious apartments, comfortable planning. On the ground floor there is a games room for children and the gym. There is a well-developed infrastructure with many shopping centers, which are located nearby on Glushkova Avenue.
The house is built of brick with a monolithic foundation. The external walls are made of ceramic bricks with a thickness of 510 mm with insulation from mineral wool with a thickness of 120 mm. The first floor - porcelain tile facing, from the second to the ninth - decorative plaster with painting. The inner walls are made of ceramic bricks.
Central heating with dilution in the floor. Metal-plastic double-glazed window with energy-saving glass. There are two Sigma elevators: passenger and cargo-passenger.
