Miskzhitlobud construction company was founded on September 22, 1998. However, the history of the company dates back to the trust "Kyivmiskbud-5", created in 1943 to rebuild Kiev in the postwar years. By having absorbed more than 50 years of trust experience in building the capital and its professional potential, the company "Miskzhitlobud" has combined these achievements with modern construction technologies and effective management methods. Over the years of its existence, about 2,000,000 m² of real estate has been built.
The company implements projects in all areas of construction: residential complexes with developed infrastructure, office, shopping and entertainment centers, social facilities, educational institutions, parking lots, swimming pools.The first license for construction activities from the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Ukraine was obtained on September 11, 2003. The new license from the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine was obtained on May 31, 2018.
At the moment, the company is among the ten largest building developers in the capital. The company has extensive experience in real estate projects in the capital.
A 120-apartment house made of environmentally friendly materials was built on Verkhovna Rada Boulevard. The total building area under this project was 20,000 m².
