Works on the arrangement of brickwork in the basement - works are executed on 100%. Works on the arrangement of brickwork from the 1st to the 2nd floor are executed on 90%, from the 3rd to 24th - on 100%.
Plastering works in apartments are executed: from the 3rd to the 15th floor - on 100%, on the 16th - 80%, on the 17th - 60%, on the 18th - 100%, on the 20th - 100%. Facade works are underway: from the 3rd to the 16th floor - 80% of works on installation of translucent designs are executed, from the 17th floor to the 23rd - 50% of work is done. The device of the hinged ventilated facade from the 3rd to the 16th floor - works are executed on 60%. Works on the arrangement of the sewerage and water supply are being conducted: risers of water supply, the sewerage and heating from the 3rd on the 12th floor are executed, from the 13th to the 23rd - the works are executed on 100%. Heating in the floor of the apartments is being bred: from the 3rd to the 15th, 18th and 20th floor - the work is done 100%. Works on the arrangement of cement-sand screed: in the basement executed on 100%, from the 3rd to the 15th floor - 100%.
The tile decking of common areas: from the 3rd to the 15th floor - 100%. Electrical installation works: work is underway on the lighting of public places, from the 3rd to the 17th floor - the work is done 100%. Works on laying power supply inputs to the apartments in the apartment from the 3rd to the 17th floor are completed. Works on the installation of the fire alarm system are conducted: executed on 70%. Work is underway on the installation of elevator equipment - 70%. In the parking lot №5 works are underway on the installation of ventilation and the smoke removal system - the work is executed on 80%. Work is underway on the distribution of power grids - 70%.
