Report on the construction of the 9th building and parking lot №5 of the RiverStone residential complex

The brickwork’s arrangement from the 1st to the 24th floor - the work is completed 100%.

Plastering works in the apartments are made from the 3rd to the 22nd floor - 100% completed.

Facade works are underway: from the 3rd to the 16th floor - 90% of the work is done on the installation of translucent structures, from the 17th floor to the 23rd - 80% of work is done. Arrangement of the hinged ventilated facade from the 3rd to the 16th floor - works are executed on 60%.

Sewerage and water supply works are being carried out: water supply, sewerage and heating risers from the 3rd to the 23rd floor - the works are completed. Works on dilution of floor’s heating in the apartments are carried out: from the 3rd on the 20th floor - works are executed on 100%.

Works on arrangement of cement-sand screed: from the 3rd to the 15th floor - 100% completed, the 16th and 18th floors - 100% competed.

Tiling of common areas: from the 3rd to the 15th floor - 100% completed.

Installation of apartment doors and doors in technical rooms - from the 3rd to the 15th floor - works are executed on 100%.

Works on installation of heating radiators in apartments are executed on 30%.

Electrical works: work is underway to install lighting for public areas, from the 3rd to the 17th floor - the work is 100% completed. Works on laying power inputs in the apartments from the 3rd to the 17th floor are completed.

Work is underway to install a fire alarm: 80% completed.

Work on the installation of elevator equipment is being completed - 90%.

Connection of external networks: water supply and sewerage systems - the work is completed - 90%.

In the basement works on installation of an individual heating point (ITP) are carried out - 90% completed.

In the parking lot №5 works on installation of ventilation and smoke removal system are carried out - works are completed on 80%. Works on wiring of electric networks are carried out - 90% completed. The roof of the parking lot has been completed by 20%.
