Installation of apartment doors and doors in technical rooms - from the 3rd to the 18th floor - works are completed on 100%, the 20th and 21st - 100%.
Works on installation of heating radiators in apartments are completed from the 3rd to the 15th floor on 100%.
Electrical works: works are carried out to dilute the lighting of public places, from the 3rd to the 22nd floor - the work is done 100%. Works on laying power inputs in the apartment from the 3rd to the 22nd floor are completed.
Work is underway to install a fire alarm: 80% completed.
Work on the installation of elevator equipment is being completed - 90%.
Connection of external networks: water supply and sewerage systems - the work is 100% completed.
In the basement works on installation of individual heating point - are completed 90%, installation of the pumping station - 90%.
Arrangement of the roof of the house is completed at 20%.
In the parking lot №5 works on installation of the ventilation and smoke removal system are carried out - works are executed on 90%. Works on wiring of electric networks are carried out - 90%. The roof of the parking lot is 100% completed.
