Today, the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate (SACI) issued a Certificate of Conformity to State Building Standards №IU12320082763, which is a confirmation of the readiness of the sixth stage: building №8 and parking lot №3, as well as part of the embankment and park.
"The house was put into operation strictly on time," said Angelina Derevlyova, marketing and sales director of the construction company Miskzhitlobud.
The height of the house is 23 floors, the total number of apartments is 157, and the number of parking spaces in the parking lot is 178.
Just to remind you, the opening of the conceptual Alley of Contemporary Art is timed to the introduction of the sixth stage. Six park sculptures will be installed along the entire promenade in the park. Talented Ukrainian sculptors are working on them: Konstantin Dobryansky, Adrian Balog, Konstantin Sinitsky, Petro Gronsky, Oleksandr Mykhailytsky and Mykola Bilyk.
